STEP ONE: Get in Touch
We can't wait to discuss all of your floral needs! Please complete our Floral Questionnaire to give us a better idea of your style and needs.
STEP TWO: Let's Meet
Now that we have a better idea of what you'll need, we will schedule a face to face meeting to discuss all of your needs in full detail so we can create a proposal for your flowers and decor. This is your opportunity to tell us all about your big day, including the overall look and feel you'd like to achieve.
STEP THREE: Receive a Proposal
We will create a proposal customized to your specific needs from the details discussed at our first meeting. You may make changes to this proposal as needed.
STEP FOUR: Book It
We're so happy to be a part of your big day! Now that you've accepted our proposal its time to place your deposit to book your date and review and sign our Floral Contract. Once your deposit has been received and the contract is signed, your date will be held on our calendar. Between now and your wedding date we will schedule another Skype, Facetime, phone or face to face meeting. You will be asked to provide us color swatches at this time.
STEP FIVE: Five Weeks Out
Your big day is fast approaching. Its now time to wrap up final changes and details you may have to your order. We will schedule a final Skype, Facetime, phone or face to face meeting to review your order and finalize your delivery timeline and logistics. Your final balance and changes are due 30 days prior to your event date.
